Sister Rosalind Gefre is where I received my education in 2009. Since then I have studied Hydrotherapy, Orthobionomy, Structural Analysis, Reiki and energy therapies.  My belief is that our bodies are designed to heal themselves, however our healing abilities become stagnated when we incur blockages.  Blockages can come from major to minor physical trauma or being locked into certain belief patterns. My goal is to clear the blockages to facilitate one's healing through various techniques such as muscular and energetic.

Researching new ways to facilitate healing is my hobby because it is so expansive. Whether it's meditating with Tibetan singing bowls or finding new ways to align or keep our bodies in motion, I am always excited to learn & share.
